Shipping Policy

Free shipping applies to eligible orders over $100. Bulky items, WA, TAS, regional and remote areas may attract extra freight. If additional freight is required, we will contact you before dispatch.

Order Processing

We aim to process orders within 1-3 business days. Orders placed before 11:00 am on a business day are usually dispatched within 48 hours, subject to stock availability and order checks.

Delivery time depends on your location and the carrier network. The estimates below are a guide only and should be read in addition to order processing time.

Tracking

Once your order has been packed and dispatched, tracking details will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Tracking information can take up to 24 hours to appear after dispatch.

Delivery Notes

Large items such as e-bikes and e-scooters may require extra handling time. Delivery estimates may also be affected by public holidays, carrier delays, weather events and remote-area access.
