Returns, Warranty and Exchanges

Warranty

Our e-bikes and e-scooters include a 12-month warranty on electronic components, including the battery, motor, controller and display. Bike and scooter frames may be covered for 1-2 years, depending on the model.

Warranty coverage applies to the original purchaser only and is not transferable. Normal wear items, including tyres, brake pads, chains and similar consumables, are not covered unless a manufacturing fault is confirmed. These items may be considered case by case within the first 3 months.

Local Support

Avocado eBike provides local support from U2.09 106-110 Euston Rd, Alexandria, NSW 2015, Australia. For warranty, repair or parts compatibility help, contact us before sending any item back.

Delivery Damage

We inspect outgoing goods before dispatch. Please inspect your item as soon as it arrives. If you notice damage to the product or packaging, contact us as soon as possible and keep the packaging as evidence where practical.

Returns

We may accept returns for store credit, exchange or refund where the item is returned within 14 days of delivery, is unused, unopened, in original packaging, in resalable condition and not damaged in any way.

Change-of-mind return freight is the buyer's responsibility. Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.

Sealed Products

We cannot accept returns for sealed items where the seal or packaging has been opened or damaged, unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

Payment Processing Costs

Orders cancelled after payment through services such as Afterpay or Humm may incur a 6% processing fee due to non-refundable transaction costs.
