When will my order ship?
Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Large items such as e-bikes and e-scooters may require extra handling time before dispatch.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, we will email you the tracking details. You can use the tracking number on the carrier's website to check delivery progress.
Why can't I see tracking updates yet?
Tracking details can take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch. If there is still no movement after 48 hours, contact us and we can follow up with the carrier.
Why is my shipment delayed?
Delays can happen because of carrier backlogs, weather events, public holidays, customs processes or remote-area delivery conditions.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal and other payment options shown at checkout.
What is your return policy?
If your order is damaged, incorrect or faulty, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos. Please do not return any item until our team has reviewed your request and provided instructions.
Change-of-mind returns must meet our returns conditions and return shipping is generally the buyer's responsibility.
