Bike Battery Recall Notice

Thank you for being part of the Mamba e-bike community. Rider safety is our priority, and we have identified a specific battery batch that may require a voluntary recall.

If your battery serial number is between K2B2403XXX and K2B2404XXX, please contact us immediately so we can check whether your battery is affected.

If your bike requires a replacement battery, we will contact you to arrange the next steps. If your battery is not affected, we would still appreciate hearing from you so we can update our records.
