Your safety is our top priority, and we’ve identified a specific batch of batteries that may require a voluntary recall to ensure your rides remain safe and enjoyable.

If your battery serial number is between K2B2403XXX and K2B2404XXX, please contact us immediately.

If your bike requires a new battery, we’ll contact you promptly to arrange a replacement.

If your bike isn’t affected, we’d still love to hear from you!
